Are atheists more intelligent than religious people?
Professor Miron Zuckerman seems to thinks so. Professor Zuckerman at the University of Rochester conducted a study and found that there was a “reliable negative relation between intelligence and religiosity” when examining the meta-data in 53 out of the 63 studies that were conducted between 1928 and 2012. 10 of the studies examined showed a positive correlation between one’s aptitude and religious identity.

Some have said that Einstein and Aristotle where religious and therefore religiosity does not necessarily correlate to intelligence. Then again religion back then was closer to actual science than it is today. There wasn’t as much evidence that opposed religion back then as there is today. If people cling to old sciences, despite current evidence, then they are religious in a sense.
